Rancho La Paz

Meanwhile Rancho la Paz is an established name for everyone who appreciates Andalusia. Being only 20 minutes away from Malaga airport, situated in the remote mountains of Mijas, with the panoramic view of Fuengirola, the Finca is in itself an independent small white village. Besides the 27 rooms that are built in typical Andalusia style there is also a swimming pool for those who wish to while away their siesta or top up their tan.

In summer you can take your meals on the terrace in the midst of flowering Bougainvilleas and join in the conversations and fun of a mixed community.

In winter we have a large communal room with a rich fireplace for dining and socialising. At Rancho la Paz everything revolves around the love of horses. You are always in their midst. You'll wake up in the morning to their frolicking and fall asleep at night to the soft neighing in the corals.

There are 250 Andalusians of all age groups, being born and bred on the Finca. This is their home. They are paddocked in sheltered corals and housed in herd federations which bring out their characteristics of noblesse, hardness and slip resistance.
Living amongst them you'll notice the mares' material attention to their foals, the playfulness of the sire with his offspring, the basic joy of the herd in its communal closeness, the struggles of the young stallions, the charm of the young stallions in training and mostly the magnificence of the white Andalusia breed.
